		<description>I like the positive energy of this and also have to mention that I couldn&#039;t agree more the &quot;fear of success&quot; that Stephen mentioned in his comment.  That&#039;s one of the things that holds me back sometimes as well.  If I do well, then I&#039;ll have to keep it up and I&#039;ll have so much more to lose.  Scary!  Like those first faltering feet when learning to ride a bike when mom and dad let go.  Sometimes we can get so freaked out that we&#039;re doing it (in a good way) that we fall down.
