Consulting Mentoring Club Pricing Question

I need your input on pricing – please read this and post your comment below. Thanks!

In the next couple of days you’ll be able to join an insider small group mentoring/consulting club led by me.

The group will be limited to 30 people.

Each person will get:

Unlimited email questions answered.

Weekly live teleseminar / webinar consulting for site reviews, discussion and in depth topics. Sometimes there will be guests, but the focus will always be on answering questions – and sharing ideas on effective marketing.

Deeply discounted live 1 on 1 telephone consulting with me.

I am pricing this club membership at $247 per month. Yeah, all that for only $247. I expect it to fill up immediately.

MY QUESTION…

The question I have is how to best facilitate a second tier.

Here are the options I’ve come up with:

1. FREE basic membership with access to articles, information, new ideas, camtasia videos, and some audios. Very valuable but obviously limited and no email support or live calls.

2. $47 per month for an upgrade to include more access and unlimited access to all the live calls as downloads of the recordings.
