What is Wrong With Harris Fellman?

Just back from an intentional month goofing off, and blogging some, in Europe, Harris makes some of the best and most interesting videos under the name of Sal - but here's what he's really up to now…

 Harris is driving the momentum behind one of the most interesting and unique operations going on in the Internet marketing world right now.

Dr. Mike Woo Ming and Howie Schwartz built the incredibly innovative Lead Supreme software and a business model that nobody has even begun to use like it is capable of being utilized.

The lead supreme model begins with a software enabled strategy that takes lead capture (or CPA offers) to a whole new level. Here's why:

The visitor fills in an optin form - or lead capture form - with the information you want them to input, this can include full address, phone and other questions answered, then when they submit this form they can be taken to a form on the following page that is PRE-POPULATED with their cooresponding information.

The stats show that the conversion rate on this pre-populated form is HUGE. You can add more pre-pops after each landing page, or out to another offer, or anything you choose. The entire thing is totally customizeable.

Here's where I think people are missing the real big idea on this software.

You could take this as far as you wanted to by creating a local or national sales force selling the leads to businesses who are NOT running CPA offers!

The real hot dog idea would be to sell to service professionals and drive traffic to them for a very high profit margin.

This could be construction, plumbers, medical professionals, realtors… If you can think of a business who wants qualified leads - and knows what a lead is worth to them - then you could make monster profits.

Since you own the sites and the lead capture (and get the leads first so you own the leads, too) you control the tap, and you can switch that to another client if the lead buyer quits or you find a new client who will pay more - if you choose - you are in control.

What is wrong with Harris Fellman? Nothing. He's a terrific guy - and you can even go to the Lead Supreme site and chat with their team live. I know Harris was on the site for several hours today.
