Traffic King Pro is not Right For Everyone
Jeff Johnson has long been know by a quieter group of Internet marketers as the guy who's first 96 days as an Amazon affiliate he sold $454,000!
This is called a clue…
Jeff made all that money in 90 days - as pretty much a newbie - because his talent is in project management.
If you are a good project manager then Traffic King Pro may just be for you.
Here's how I know.
I joined Jeff's Super Affiliate Coaching Club a couple of years ago and had a blast immersing myself in the great content about building mini-nets, driving targeted traffic, and most importantly how he himself made money primarily by creating not just traffic - but monster amounts of free traffic from search engines.
Jeff is a big fan, obviously, of affiliate sales because the income is passive. Me too. Of course, as things progressed he has expanded his excruciatingly detailed case studies to creating a best selling clickbank product from scratch, and how to capture emails from all this traffic and follow up for a great business with repeat income.
Ever the "tinkerer" who seeks to simplify and make things better - and with a software designer brother! - Jeff created the most search engine responsive Wordpress and Joomla publishing system - that was incredibly automated and got astounding results.
This is where you need to be careful. It takes a certain kind of person to succeed with a marketing strategy like this. This is not all warm and fuzzy (the money is!) but, if you are very good at managing details and following a step by step system - it is infinitely rewarding.
These sites look amazing (click the Jessica Alba image above to go see lots of sites created by this software) and they get monster traffic. You get to choose how to monetize that traffic, but with the Joomla system you get site visitors creating content for you and Google loves that stuff.

I've bought a lot of software and had the chance to look at every type of system out there and without a doubt Traffic King Pro is a professional's choice. It even has a fabulous control panel for storing all your domain information, your server logins, and organizes your crazy business way better than Roboform.
My pal Dori Friend uses this system and is one of the designers and business partners on this project with Jeff. She has been hosting small group trainings at her beautiful Ranch in Northern California - (another clue.) But, you won't have to go to California to get training - Jeff is a fabulous video Camtasia trainer - which you can see from his free video right here.
Once again, this system is not really for the crazy artist types (like me) because it requires focus and attention to project management type implementatin - but, if you have these skills, and hate all the B.S. involved in social networking and Twittering (and customers?) not that there's anything wrong with that - LOL - then you really should take a look at Traffic King Pro.

Hey this is Rick - if you have ever used Traffic King Pro - or been in Jeff Johnson's Super Affiliate Coaching Club - please leave a comment here and let us all know what your thoughts are?
This blog seems to be turning into a clearinghouse for Internet marketing products and marketing strategies to Internet marketers, which is cool I suppose, but the best endorsements or cautionary tales are from real customers so comment away!
(and you get a free backlink!)
Rick
It looks way too mechanical for my taste. But tt does look like something that a team should invest in and use to sell a line of products and click advertising. I don't see a soloprenuer getting too deep into any niche with this program. More for "store front" type websites. Know what I mean?
Oh and … uh … Jessica Alba is hot!
His name is ROBERT PAULSON!
Only in death do we earn our name…
You seriously expected me not to know a triv fact from Fight Club, Rick?
Nathan Andersons last blog post..New Contest - Who’s Your Friend?
Hey Rick,
Okay, let's think about this:
Just last week, you just really 'dogged' the entire Internet Marketing community for exploiting and promoting this so called: 'Product Launch System'- excuse me if I got the name incorrect…I didn't buy that one…
And now you are promoting probably one of the biggest Product Launch Products of the year???
I know Jeff Johnson and his material, and yes, I agree he is brilliant at what he does, no questions there my friend.
Jeff, being the clever marketer that he is, and of course good friends with those other gurus (Frank, John, Jeff, and other Jeff, etc)…has been laying down the ground-work for a HUGE, did I say HUGE…PRODUCT LAUNCH.
Jeff is not stupid, he is not just giving away all this software, content, and training for free!
Now I don't know Jeff personally, but he seems like a nice and likable guy, and I'm almost certain that his system can work…(but than again all, (maybe some) of the guru systems work…if you do this or that.
But rest assure there will definitely be a price to pay for all this generosity and training…and and my 'guestimate' is that it's going to be a HUGE investment!
And I want to make this clear…I have no qualms with Jeff and his tactics…just trying come to grips with what you really stand for Rick.
So after listening to you on uStream, I just wanted to give you a Hi-Five right through my computer screen!
Finally, someone from the Internet Marketing community has the balls to stand up and say: " Hey, we had enough…Stop selling us stuff that we probably don't need." "Stop using all these so called 'guru tactics on your kind… stop exploiting your fellow marketers!"
I say Yes! I love Rick Butts and what he stands for! I actually started to re-think how I should be using some of these so called 'tactics' and strategies in my own business…and if they are really ethical.
but…but…I get this email from the Rick Butts who now just decided to promote Jeff Johnson's new and I'm sure very expensive course.
Now I do have to say that you did "Dumb it down" by saying it's not for You! Thanks for sharing BTW…but it definitely might be for you if…"well your that kind of person of course that might like to enjoy $450K a month"
So are you saying this time it's okay? Should I bend 'your' rules on this one?…of course, only if it's for me, I mean if I fit that profile, of course.
Hum…I don't suppose that's an affiliate link you have up there or are you just really good friends with Jeff? Seems like Jeff will be having a lot of 'really good' or should I say 'best' friends right before his launch!
Rick, I have nothing against affiliate marketing or 'referring a friend, associate, or list member' to a product of service.
I do it myself and believe it's perfectly legit… and hell why not! Why no be the first to get 'cookied' as Jeff kindly suggests in his affiliate program. Do you think I'm now 'cookied' for clicking on the link??/
Rick, don't take this as a personal attack because I really have no qualms with you and I do enjoy listening you but maybe you should just let a dead dog rest for even a couple days before…

I think it's in His Humble 0ut Accurate Opinion (HHAO?) that says … hey … Traffic King Is Not For Everyone (gee how'd I come to that conclusion?)
Here's a scene from my latest short play, "Blog Reader" starring Reader and special guest character … Reason
Reader: "Traffic King? Who is it for?"
"I don't know", says the voice of reason.
Reader: "Maybe Rick knows, he wrote this"
"Yea," says the voice of reason, "then we'll have a little better idea of whether this is for me or not"
Reader: "Think this has anything to do with STOMPER or anything like that?"
The voice of reason stays quiet for a second.
"Nah dude that was yesterday's news. Besides do you see it in the title?"
Reader: "No"
"Okay so how about we just read the article and forget about that stuff for a minute. Sound good?"
"Sounds good. Thank you, reason. Did I ever tell you how awesome you are?"
Besides I think the bigger lesson out of this, at least for me … is that Jessica Alba … is HOT
Well here is some good things for this post.. I have been in the internet marketing world for the last 7 years and have had my ups and downs. I had an online lead capture and a sales letter to a market to teach them how to make money and a pretty sizable offline sale.
I did fairly well with this but was looking for something else.
Here is the problem I didn't know what, just another avenue in on the internet that was not so directly involved with having to call hundreds if not thousands of people.
Here is the problem with those of you who don't stand for the GURU's where were you when I was looking?
If the traffic is free and you don't approve of the gurus making all the money then go promote your stuff and your ways.
I am a member of Jeff Johnson's Supper Affiliate Coaching Club and I am loving every minute. It is right up my alley fairly technical but not to hard anyone that is willing to do the work and ask questions will do well.
I love the research and the puzzle I to, am a thinker and have creativity oozing out of my head every waking hour.
But you know how I found Jeff? John Carlton's list free traffic. So I say this if you are opposed to the ways of others, You Need to market on their scale so the world can find you.
I just said to someone I know that there is a lot of free stuff out there about Jeff's SEO Traffic driving techniques but I have yet to see all of the stuff he teaches and it is, here, there and everywhere and you really have to sort out a lot of crap in the mean time. I have found people that knock this or that and turn around on the very next page and promote their product that is the very same thing they were knocking.
I am one that would definitely get involved In TKP also I can see that as a one man show that is would help out a lot.
I am building these sites completely by hand now and it takes a bit of time to get them set up. Not the 60 hours it took me to build the first one but a good 3 to 4.
So to have all the support and tech questions answered all in one place, and in a timely fashion, not to mention the exact step by step videos for every step in the equation. and have a proven system to start working on and have a lot of content to begin to build the "how to think" it is worth every penny and I would do it again.
I am a firm believer in educate yourself you can spend thousands even tens of thousands and ten times the amount of time doing trial and error. Or you can go find someone that has already done that for you and is willing to give you that solution for small investment.
I am sure there is still plenty to learn, I know there was in my last venture too but I can say that the money I spent in last venture always made me money because I got educated first by a couple of guys that at least kept me out of trouble and didn't take on the shotgun approach spending ridiculous amounts of money on a trial and error approach.
I think we tend to look at the stuff out there these days now that we think that there is nobody better than us and and say, why would you spend money when it is all out there for free.
Let's think back to when we were so wet behind the ears it was dripping onto our shirts and the internet was not what it is today and there wasn't much of anything out there for education we had to take on that trial and error approach. So now we are knocking the ones out there that are putting out the info products that seem basic to us but "x" number of years ago you would have lapped it up like a dog had it been available.
So if you can afford and are looking for a very straight forward, step by step formula for making money online and you can honestly look in the mirror and say to yourself that you will implement every single strategy that Jeff teaches. I would recommend it to anyone.
As far as "it's not for everyone" you all read into that to far he clarifies if you are the artsy fartsy type. My take on this is you are not happy until it is visually impeccable then maybe you need to be building your sites by hand, and TKP is not for you. TKP is about numbers, last time I checked marketing was about numbers.
Thanks Rick
Love your site for the little I have read and will be be back.
