I thought I'd seen everything but last night a friend forwarded me a link to How to Use Wordpress for Video Sales Letters. 

I've always thought that there ought to be a super easy way to just throw up a Wordpress blog in Fantastico and then sort of trim down the layout, sidebars, etc - and create a really easy sales letter site - so that I wouldn't have to use Dreamweaver and do it. I hate having to go back and edit something on Dreamweaver when it is so easy with Wordpress.

One of the tips in Mike's training showed me how to solve the biggest challenge I had - getting a sales page (not a post page) to show up as the home page of your "blog/sales letter." It was so super easy I had to laugh. I've already used this strategy on a new site I'm going to show you next - and I'll show you how I did it, too.

But the big BOOM of Mike's work was the utter simplification of adding video to the site - in fact you need to see his wacky video and all his arm waving (has Mike been watching old VHS tapes of Marlon Sanders?). When you see how Mike does it - you'll know you can do it easily, too.
